1. Acceptance of terms
By using ProPeloton Manager, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the game.
2. Game service
ProPeloton Manager is an online cycling management game. The game may include team creation, rider management, training, race preparation, transfers, rankings, finance systems, sponsors, coins, reviews and other gameplay features.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account activity. Do not share your login details, attempt to access another account, impersonate another person, or use the game in a way that disrupts other players.
4. Fair play
Players must not exploit bugs, manipulate systems, automate actions, interfere with the service, attempt fraud, or abuse rewarded ads, payments, referrals, transfers, rankings, reviews or any other game system.
5. Respectful conduct
Users must respect other players and visitors. If the game includes names, messages, public reviews, forum links, reports or community features, users must not submit hateful, illegal, abusive, threatening, misleading, adult, violent or harmful content.
6. Reviews and public feedback
Players may submit reviews or feedback. Reviews may be moderated before they appear publicly. We may reject or remove reviews that contain spam, abuse, personal attacks, private information, misleading claims or content that is not suitable for the public website.
7. Coins and payments
Coins are an account-based in-game currency used inside ProPeloton Manager. Coins are not real money, cannot be withdrawn as cash, and cannot be sold or transferred outside the game unless we explicitly provide such a feature.
Paid coin packages, if available, are processed through external payment providers. Package sizes, prices, availability and features may change. If a payment or refund issue occurs, contact support with your account email and transaction details.
8. Rewarded ads
Rewarded ads may allow players to receive in-game progress or coins after voluntarily watching an ad. Attempts to fake ad completion, automate ads, abuse advertising networks or manipulate rewards are not allowed.
9. Game balance and updates
Game systems, values, prices, race logic, rankings, economy rules, user interface and available features may change over time. Adjustments may be made to improve fairness, stability, performance or long-term balance.
10. Availability
We try to keep the game available and reliable, but interruptions, maintenance, bugs, data corrections, balancing changes or service changes may happen.
11. Support
Support is available for account questions, gameplay questions, bug reports, payment questions, privacy questions and general feedback. Users should not send passwords, full payment card details or private authentication codes.
