Next Quest Studio is a small independent developer company building ProPeloton Manager. Our goal is to create a detailed, readable and fair cycling management experience for players who enjoy long-term strategy, sports simulation and team development.
What ProPeloton Manager is
ProPeloton Manager is built around the idea that cycling is more than race day. A successful team depends on scouting, rider development, contracts, finances, race selection, staff, equipment, recovery, tactics and planning. The game gives players control over those decisions in a persistent cycling world.
Instead of controlling a rider directly, you act as the manager of a cycling club. You decide how the club grows, which riders fit your team, which races match your squad, how much risk you take in the market and how carefully you protect the budget.
Management depth
Club decisions include finances, salaries, sponsors, transfers, race applications, preparation deadlines, equipment, support staff and long-term infrastructure.
Season progress
Results and rankings create long-term goals. Managers must think beyond one stage and plan for the future of the club across the full season.
Why we are building it
Cycling has many layers that are interesting for management gameplay: team roles, fatigue, calendar planning, race profiles, transfers, development, sponsorship and financial discipline. ProPeloton Manager brings those layers together in one online game.
