For account, privacy, payment or rewarded-ad questions, include the email address connected to your game account. Do not send passwords or full payment card details.

Good bug reports include

  • The page where the issue happened.
  • Your team name, race name or rider name if relevant.
  • What you expected to happen.
  • What actually happened.
  • Screenshots or copied error messages if available.

Please do not include passwords, full payment card details, private authentication codes or secret keys.

What happens after you send a message?

We receive your message through the contact service. If a reply is needed, we will answer using the email address you provided. Clear reports with page names, screenshots and exact error messages are much easier to investigate.
