- The page where the issue happened.
- Your team name, race name or rider name if relevant.
- What you expected to happen.
- What actually happened.
- Screenshots or copied error messages if available.

What happens after you send a message?
We receive your message through the contact service. If a reply is needed, we will answer using the email address you provided. Clear reports with page names, screenshots and exact error messages are much easier to investigate.
