We want ProPeloton Manager to be clear, reliable and enjoyable. This support page explains how to get help, what information to include, and where to send account, gameplay, payment, privacy and technical questions.

How support works

Support is available for account questions, login problems, game issues, coin and payment questions, bug reports, feedback, privacy questions and general questions about ProPeloton Manager. The fastest way to get useful help is to describe the issue clearly and include the details that help us reproduce or understand the situation.

Helpful details Include page name, team name, race name, rider name and screenshots.
Privacy Never send passwords, full card details or private login codes.

Account and login help

Contact support if you cannot sign in, cannot access your club, have trouble with password reset, or believe account data is not loading correctly. Include the email address connected to your game account.

Bug reports

A strong bug report explains what you clicked, what page you were on, what you expected, what actually happened, and whether the issue can be repeated. Screenshots are very helpful.

Gameplay questions

Ask about race preparation, rider roles, stage plans, transfers, sponsors, finances, rankings, training, fatigue, equipment or any system that feels unclear.

Payments, coins and rewarded ads

For coin purchases, checkout questions, rewarded ads or balance issues, include your account email, approximate date and time, and what you expected to happen.

Before contacting support

Support does not need your password, full payment card number, authentication code or private secret keys. Do not send sensitive information in support messages.
